  The workshop registration fee is
  • 12,000 JPY (approx. 100 EUR) per German participant/delegate
  • 20,000 JPY (approx. 170 EUR) per Japanese participant/delegate
  • 10,000 JPY (approx. 85 EUR) per Accompanying person
  The registration fee includes attendance at all scientific sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, one night accommodation (Monday, March 27, 2017), chartered bus, and excursion.

  The workshop registration fee for a general participant is
  • 5,000 JPY (approx. 42 EUR)
  The registration fee includes attendance at all scientific sessions, conference material, and coffee breaks.
• Only on-site cash payment in Japanese YEN at the registration desk is accepted. The receipt (certification of attendance) will be handed to each participant in exchange for payment at the site. We cannot accept pre- or post-payment by credit card, check, bank transfer, and so on.

A limited number of rooms are pre-reserved at the banquet place (Hotel Matsushima Ichinobo ). Reservation and charge for one night accommodation (Monday, March 27, 2017) is included in the workshop registration.
